SHIPPING Policy

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  2. Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

  3. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination address. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  5. Shipping Carriers: We use reputable shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

  6. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

  7. Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

  8. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

  9. International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders are final. We are not accepting returns or refund due to our products are crafted, handmade and perishable
